Join Associate Professor and Specialist Neurologist, Dr Karl Ng for an online webinar exploring the use of botulinum toxin in managing spasticity. This session will cover the mechanism of action, how to identify suitable patients, and the critical role of multidisciplinary collaboration in achieving optimal outcomes.
Dr Karl Ng is a Specialist Neurologist specialising in clinical neurophysiology and a Conjoint Associate Professor at the University of Sydney. He completed his medical degree with first-class honours at the University of New South Wales, and pursued advanced training at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in London. His research focused on axonal excitability in neurological disorders. Dr Ng is now Director of SNNN, Head of Clinical Neurophysiology at Royal North Shore Hospital, and actively contributes to clinical training, research, and medical publications.
